Lead MSCAC legal strategy. Draft the interstate compact. Advise on AG outreach. Handle legal risk for the movement and assembly. Constitutional law and First Amendment background essential.
Own AG and organizational coalition-building. Coordinate Wave 1 outreach. Build the MSCAC table before public launch. Manage relationships with aligned national organizations.

NLG-trained legal observer coordination throughout the assembly. Know-your-rights training and documentation of all law enforcement contact.
Coordinate meal service, water distribution, sanitation, and supply chains for the sustained assembly.
